Did you have to set up a special bank account, with special tax id #? If you have time, please tell me your basic run-down of this part of the process. Also, how did you go about setting up a website so that people could donate money via the internet? I would greatly appreciate anything you can help me with. Thanks again!!! As she has probably mentioned to you, in August 2006 I had a single lung transplant after being on oxygen for 5 years. I was only in the hospital 11 day and pretty much back to normal in 3 months. I was even dancing at our son's wedding reception in Nov. 2006. I am doing absolute wonderful. The medication is a lot but you get use to it. Best wishes to you and your family.
